Not sure which iPhone you have?
We only supply replacement parts for the iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4. iPhone 4 is quite distinctive but it can be tricky to distinguish the 3G from the 3GS. You can tell which model you have by looking on the back panel. The 3Gs has silver text, the same as the Apple logo whereas the 3G has bronze text. There are also some differences to the features. The 3Gs has a Compass App whereas the 3G does not. The 3Gs has a video camera with video editing whereas the 3G does not. If you are in any doubt please contact us.

What if I damage my iPhone whilst attempting a repair?
We offer no quibble refunds on un used and faulty replacement parts but we are not responsible for any damage you may cause attempting a repair. If at any time you feel you cannot complete a repair we can take over. We will charge for this but in most cases we will deduct the amount you have already paid for the part. |

Do you offer step-by-step assistance over the phone?
No. However we are happy to give advice and support via email. We offer access to an instructional video which many of our customers have found extremely useful. It is important to watch the video all the way through before making a parts purchase and certainly before completing the repair itself. We can only offer limited support over the phone.

What about my warranty/insurance?
Any repair/replacement part provided by a third party (Not Apple) will invalidate your warranty. We specialise in repairing faults caused by accidental damage which are not normally covered by a warranty or insurance. We urge you to check these details first.
